Vietnam's government is strategically aiming to become a key player in the global semiconductor ecosystem by 2050. This involves a phased approach, with the initial phase focusing on attracting foreign direct investment and developing human resources in all stages of the semiconductor industry, from research and design to production, packaging, and testing.
