The Wolseley Hotel New York will be the first hotel under The Wolseley Hotels brand, which is inspired by the iconic Wolseley restaurant in London. Minor Hotels is launching the new luxury hospitality brand, with the New York location as its flagship property. The hotel is scheduled to open in early 2027. The 76-room hotel will be located in Midtown Manhattan, steps from Bryant Park, at 130 West 44th Street. The building, originally constructed in 1905 as The Lambs Club clubhouse, was designed by McKim, Mead & White. This location has a long history with Broadway's creative community. The hotel will feature The Wolseley New York restaurant, the brand's first location in the United States, carrying on the grand café tradition of its London counterpart. There will also be a cellar-level speakeasy-style bar and a redesigned wellness center. Future Wolseley Hotels are planned for other major cities in Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
