The new Royal Beach Club is part of a larger, structured excursion called the "Ultimate Santorini Day," designed to manage the flow of tourists on the popular island. This all-inclusive experience packages trips to the iconic villages of Oia and Fira with dedicated time at the new beach club. The goal is to provide a comprehensive Santorini experience while mitigating the notorious overcrowding. Located on Vlychada Beach, on the southern coast of Santorini, the club offers a unique setting known for its dramatic, wind-sculpted volcanic cliffs that create a lunar-like landscape. This location provides a different, more tranquil atmosphere compared to the bustling caldera-side towns. The Royal Beach Club is Royal Caribbean's first in Europe and is set to open in the summer of 2026. It will be exclusively available to guests of Royal Caribbean and its sister cruise line, Celebrity Cruises. Day passes are sold as a shore excursion with initial prices listed around $284 per adult. This new destination is part of Royal Caribbean Group's broader strategy to expand its portfolio of private land-based destinations to eight by 2028. This follows the model of their popular "Perfect Day at CocoCay" in the Bahamas, offering a controlled and curated experience for their passengers.
