Developer Reveals Real-Time Agentic Build Stack

Developer Graham Mann shared his stack for building a SaaS product using a team of AI agents. The workflow uses Claude for parallel feature development, OpenClaw for routing tasks from Telegram directly to code pull requests, and other agents for monitoring Reddit for leads and conducting self-improving nightly code reviews.

Agentic workflows represent a shift from linear, rule-based processes to autonomous systems that can assess context, set goals, and adapt in real-time with minimal human input. This approach moves developers from hands-on coding to orchestrating a team of specialized AI agents, where prompts and agent definitions are version-controlled like any other codebase. While this allows for rapid, parallel development, it also introduces security risks, as autonomously generated code could contain vulnerabilities from the underlying LLMs' training data. For a CTO at a scaling B2B SaaS company, the role evolves from a hands-on player-coach in the early stages to a strategic leader focused on architecture, team structure, and operational oversight. A key challenge is resisting custom development for individual large customers to maintain a scalable, standardized product. Successfully scaling an engineering organization requires creating small, cross-functional teams with clear ownership to maintain velocity as the architecture and team grow in parallel. In the adtech space, 2026 is marked by the dominance of AI-driven automation, with agentic AI beginning to manage entire campaign workflows. Following the official end of Google's Privacy Sandbox initiative in October 2025 due to low adoption and regulatory pressure, the industry continues to operate with third-party cookies in Chrome for the foreseeable future. However, with less than 20% of consumers consistently accepting cookie tracking, the focus remains on privacy-first strategies, retail media networks, and converged video across CTV, linear, and social. London's tech ecosystem remains a dominant force in Europe, with its 2,300+ AI companies reaching a combined valuation of $230 billion. In 2025 alone, UK AI startups raised over £3.4 billion, with investment focused on B2B solutions and infrastructure. Total funding for London startups in the first quarter of 2025 reached £2.69 billion across more than 500 deals, reflecting a 26.3% year-over-year growth for the ecosystem. The 2026 Formula 1 season kicks off with significant regulation changes, introducing smaller, lighter cars with active aerodynamics on both front and rear wings to replace DRS. A new engine formula features a near 50-50 power split between the internal combustion engine and electrical components. Days before the first race, the FIA agreed to close an engine loophole, believed to be exploited by Mercedes, related to measuring the compression ratio, with the rule change taking effect on June 1st.
