Ford Factory Supercharger Kit
Ford Racing Parts now offers a Whipple Supercharger Kit for F-150 and Mustang V-8s that can be ordered directly with new vehicles or as an upgrade. The package delivers 810 HP for the Mustang and comes with full factory warranty coverage.
This new supercharger package is a direct result of a collaboration between Ford Performance and Whipple Superchargers. The kit features a Gen 6 3.0L Whipple twin-screw supercharger, building on a long-standing relationship that has seen Whipple develop performance upgrades for various Ford vehicles. For the Mustang, the upgrade delivers not only 810 horsepower but also a substantial 615 lb-ft of torque. The F-150 version boosts the 5.0-liter V-8 to 700 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. These kits are engineered to meet Ford's 100,000-mile durability standards. The Mustang package includes more than just the supercharger; it comes with an upgraded 92mm throttle body, colder spark plugs, and fuel injectors sourced from the Shelby GT500. This comprehensive approach ensures the engine can handle the significant increase in power. The cost for this factory-backed performance is $10,500 for the Mustang kit and $10,250 for the F-150 kit. The included three-year, 36,000-mile warranty is a key feature, offering peace of mind when the installation is performed by a Ford dealer or an ASE-certified technician. This offering places the supercharged Mustang in a competitive position against other high-performance vehicles, delivering supercar-level horsepower with the benefit of a factory warranty. The kit is available for 2024-2026 Mustang models and 2021-2026 F-150s. However, the kits for 2026 models are not currently available for sale in California.
