Tint World Appoints New Execs for Expansion
Automotive styling franchise Tint World has made several strategic executive appointments, including a new Chief Development Officer. The leadership changes are aimed at supporting national expansion and scalable growth in the competitive auto aftermarket sector.
The new executive team is poised to build on a period of significant growth for Tint World. The company recently made the Inc. 5000 list for the tenth time, reporting a three-year revenue growth of 57.55 percent. This comes after a record-breaking 2023, where 22 of its franchise locations earned at least $1 million in revenue, with three of those surpassing the $2 million mark. The new Chief Development Officer, Eric Taylor, has a background in franchise development for well-known brands such as Sky Zone, Sbarro, and Bennigan's. His focus will be on identifying key markets for expansion and strengthening the franchisee pipeline. This strategy is aimed at ensuring sustainable, long-term success for new and existing franchise owners. Joining him is Craig Martin as the new Vice President of Finance. Martin's previous experience includes a role as Managing Director at the global accounting and business advisory firm, CFGI, and a start to his career at Ernst & Young (EY). He will be responsible for enhancing financial reporting and infrastructure to support the company's disciplined growth. These appointments come as Tint World continues its aggressive expansion, having opened 14 new locations and entering three new states in 2024. The company's growth reflects the strength of the broader U.S. automotive aftermarket, an industry projected to be worth nearly $574 billion in 2026. The global automotive aftermarket is also on an upward trend, expected to reach over $643 billion by 2033.
