AI Gym For Seniors

Tel Aviv rolled out an AI-powered digital gym in an assisted‑living network that uses smart wristbands to create personalized exercise programs for seniors. The facility opened at Ad 120’s Ramat Hahayal residence in Tel Aviv after an investment of approximately NIS 1 million. (jpost.com) The rollout was developed in partnership with Energym — part of Israel’s Movement Group — and is built around the Milon electronically controlled training system that replaces traditional weights with computerized resistance. (jpost.com) Residents begin with a “smart kiosk” that performs biometric scans and strength and aerobic tests; each assessment is embedded into a smart wristband that, when presented to the Milon machines, automatically adjusts load and records workout data to a synced app and the gym’s computer system. (jpost.com) Ad 120 CEO Tomer Rosenberg described the project as part of the network’s longevity strategy, while Energym CEO Yair Rosen said the company’s mission is to make fitness innovation accessible to seniors. (jpost.com) The space also features a dedicated stretching area constructed from natural wood sourced from Germany’s Black Forest. (jpost.com) Ad 120 previously launched Israel’s first “Longevity” complex in 2024 and has stated plans to roll similar wellbeing and cognitive‑training amenities out to additional homes in coming years.
