Terminus Capital Invests in Eventus

Private equity firm Terminus Capital Partners has made a majority investment in Eventus, a provider of trade surveillance and financial risk software. Eventus provides its solutions to financial institutions to monitor for market manipulation and other risks. The investment is intended to fuel the B2B software company's global growth.

- The private equity investor, Terminus Capital Partners, focuses on majority investments in North American B2B software companies with revenues between $10 million and $50 million. In May 2025, the firm closed its first fund at its hard cap of $250 million, with investors including endowments and funds of funds. - Eventus was founded in 2015 by its current CEO, Travis Schwab.
