Leesburg Bikefest returns to downtown Leesburg, Florida, on April 24-26 with free admission and three days of motorcycles, concerts and stunt shows. (leesburgbikefest.com) The city-backed event opens Friday, April 24, and the official site lists an opening ceremony at noon at 500 West Main Street. The festival footprint runs through downtown, with an event map posted by Leesburg Bikefest. (leesburgbikefest.com 1) (leesburgbikefest.com 2) The main-stage lineup includes Lita Ford on Friday night, Everclear on Saturday night and Sister Hazel on Sunday afternoon at the Budweiser Main Stage at 501 West Meadow Street. The official schedule also lists daily acts on other stages, plus the Full Throttle Bike Show. (leesburgbikefest.com 1) (leesburgbikefest.com 2) Bikefest is free to enter, but the festival is also selling 21-and-up VIP packages tied to the main concerts, including a Sonny’s Bar-B-Q package on Friday and a Ski Beach brunch package on Sunday. The event website says those tickets are sold only through its own site. (leesburgbikefest.com) (leesburgbikefest.com) The event has been running since 1997, according to the festival site and other Bikefest listings, which helps explain why Leesburg pitches it as a fixture of the spring rally calendar. Gotta Go Orlando included it this week in a regional roundup of Central Florida events. (leesburgbikefest.com) (flbikers.com) (gottagoorlando.com) Attendance remains a live issue for the city. A Fox 35 Orlando report in August 2025 said officials were weighing the festival’s future because attendance had not returned to pre-pandemic levels and the city said the 2024 event cost about $70,000 to host. (fox35orlando.com) By April 2025, local reports said Bikefest attendance was expected to top 250,000 people, and the city’s April 2025 monthly report called that edition one of its most well-attended events. Those figures suggest the festival entered 2026 with stronger turnout than city officials had projected months earlier. (leesburg-news.com) (leesburgflorida.gov) This year’s schedule keeps the familiar mix of bikes and spectacle: the American Motor Drome Company Wall of Death, KTS Action Sports, the Bloxx Crew Stunt Team and a Tattoo Saloon at the Tropic Theater all appear on the official calendar. Vendors are also a major part of the draw, with the event site listing motorcycle gear, audio, lighting, leather goods and food sellers. (leesburgbikefest.com) (leesburgbikefest.com) For Leesburg, the weekend is still built around a simple formula: close downtown streets, fill them with bikes, bands and vendors, and try to pull another spring crowd into the city center.
