Houston's newest restaurant openings include Long Weekend, Star Rover, and Jax on the Tracks All the Houston Restaurants Opening in March 2026.

Jax on the Tracks, situated in the East End, is highlighting Gulf Coast cuisine with a particular emphasis on oysters. The restaurant is located in a renovated space near the light rail, hoping to draw in both neighborhood residents and visitors.
