RayNeo Launches Batman-Themed AR Glasses
Augmented reality firm RayNeo has unveiled a special Batman Edition of its RayNeo Air 4 Pro smart glasses at MWC 2026. The new AR wearables became available for purchase on February 27.
The special-edition wearables come in two variants: the "Justice Edition" (Batman) and the "Chaos Edition" (Joker). Each includes a lightweight, detachable lens shade styled after the respective character's mask, allowing users to switch between a standard look and the themed appearance. A Batman logo is also featured on the temple of the glasses. The Batman branding is an add-on to the core RayNeo Air 4 Pro hardware, which projects a virtual screen up to 201 inches. The glasses feature dual 0.6-inch Micro-OLED displays with a 1920x1080 resolution for 2D content and support a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. A key technical feature is that the Air 4 Pro are the world's first AR glasses to support HDR10, a standard that allows for higher contrast and a much wider range of colors. The glasses boast a peak brightness of 1,200 nits, which helps maintain a clear image even in well-lit environments. Audio is handled by a quad-speaker system tuned by Bang & Olufsen, a notable upgrade from previous models. The glasses weigh 76 grams (2.7 ounces) and connect via USB-C to phones, laptops, and gaming consoles to mirror their display. The standard RayNeo Air 4 Pro has a manufacturer's suggested retail price of $299, with the limited Batman Edition priced at $319. RayNeo, a brand of electronics giant TCL, has previously announced collaborations with Qualcomm and Applied Materials to develop future AI-enabled AR glasses.
