Autonomous Logistics Firm Neolix Surpasses 100 Million Kilometers

Autonomous logistics company Neolix announced its fleet of L4 autonomous RoboVans has collectively driven more than 100 million kilometers in real-world operations. The company is the first in the RoboVan sector to reach this milestone. The achievement demonstrates significant progress in the deployment and scaling of autonomous vehicles for logistics and delivery.

- Neolix has developed a proprietary "Neolix-VA" vision-action foundation model which allows its RoboVans to navigate complex traffic situations through spatial intelligence and behavioral reasoning. This system, combined with map-free autonomous driving, enables point-to-point delivery on public roads. - The company's AI-powered Dispatch Center integrates real-time data on vehicles, routes, and orders to optimize the performance of its fleets, which can include up to 100,000 vehicles. This system has been shown to improve fleet efficiency by over 30%. - Founded in 2018 by Enyuan Yu, Neolix has a global presence with deployments in over 300 cities across 15 countries. The company holds more than 1,500 patents related to its autonomous vehicle technology. - In a recent Series D funding round led by UAE-based Stone Venture, Neolix raised over $600 million, the largest private fundraising in China's autonomous driving sector to date. This funding is intended to advance their autonomous driving algorithms and fuel global expansion. - Neolix's major logistics clients in China include SF Express, JD Logistics, and China Post, covering nearly 70% of key account tenders in the express delivery sector. The company has also partnered with Didi Freight to launch a "RoboVan-as-a-Service" (RVaaS) model. - The company is expanding internationally, having secured the first RoboVan license in the UAE and partnering with Abu Dhabi-based K2 Group. Neolix has also formed partnerships with European electric cargo vehicle manufacturer Luxmea and Portuguese mobility solutions provider Salvador Caetano Auto. - Neolix's RoboVans are designed for 24/7 operation in a variety of weather conditions. To handle diverse environments, the vehicles are equipped with LiDAR sensors from Hesai Technology. - The company has delivered over 16,000 L4 autonomous vehicles globally, with its X3 and X6 models each surpassing 4,000 deliveries. In Qingdao, China, Neolix operates a fleet of over 1,200 vehicles, which is considered the largest and densest autonomous fleet deployment in the world.
