Hermès Heads to Los Angeles

Hermès is bringing its Women’s Fall 2026 Collection “Chapter Two” to Los Angeles after shows in New York and Shanghai [https://wwd.com/fashion-news/fashion-scoops/hermes-chapter-two-womens-fall-winter-2026-collection-los-angeles-1238673648].

The Hermès Women’s Fall 2026 collection, titled "Chapter Two," follows previous showings in New York and Shanghai, expanding the brand's global reach. This collection, designed by Nadège Vanhee-Cybulski, explores themes of twilight and heightened sensory perception, presenting a confident and sensual vision. Vanhee-Cybulski drew inspiration from A. M. Cassandre's 1951 "Perspective" scarf design, incorporating its geometric patterns into quilted gilets, bombers, and shirt jackets. The collection features a color palette inspired by twilight, with shades ranging from warm sunset hues to cooler, moonlit tones. The silhouettes include A-line miniskirts and jodhpurs paired with thigh-high boots, as well as structured coats layered over short dresses. Equestrian references, a hallmark of Hermès, are evident in the collection through jodhpurs and other pieces that nod to the brand's heritage. Hermès has a history of staging events in Los Angeles, including a 2017 men's collection show in a repurposed Chinatown warehouse.
