Technology provider Shiji has installed its 400th Infrasys point-of-sale system at a Hyatt property. The milestone marks the completion of a full digital food and beverage ecosystem across the hotel brand. The integration is designed to enhance operational efficiency and the guest dining experience.
- The collaboration between Hyatt and Shiji Group to implement the Infrasys Cloud POS system began in 2019, with the 200th installation milestone reached in December 2022. - The Infrasys system is designed to be hardware-agnostic, allowing it to operate on a variety of devices and operating systems, including Windows, iOS, and Android.
