Edible Garden Expands at The Fresh Market
Edible Garden announced it is expanding to chainwide distribution at The Fresh Market following a strong Q4 2025 launch. This expansion reflects continued retail momentum and acceleration of Edible Garden’s market penetration.
The Fresh Market will now carry Edible Garden's USDA Organic herbs in all 164 of its stores across 22 states. This expands upon an initial launch in Q4 2025. The move increases brand visibility and broadens consumer access to Edible Garden's products. The Fresh Market, founded in 1982, is known for its curated assortment of premium fresh foods and exceptional customer service. The chain focuses on providing convenient culinary solutions and high-quality ingredients. *USA Today* has recognized The Fresh Market as one of "America's Best Supermarkets". Edible Garden utilizes controlled environment agriculture (CEA) and a "Zero-Waste Inspired" approach. Their GreenThumb 2.0 software optimizes growing conditions in both vertical and traditional greenhouses. The company also uses sustainable packaging and patented self-watering displays to extend shelf life. Beyond herbs, Edible Garden offers a range of products including leafy greens, salad kits, protein powders (Vitamin Way® and Vitamin Whey®), sports nutrition products (Kick. Sports Nutrition), and gourmet sauces (Pulp). Edible Garden is also developing a ready-to-drink (RTD) manufacturing hub at its Midwest facility with Tetra Pak, targeting a Q1 2027 production start.
