Symmetry Systems Launches AI Security Platform
Symmetry Systems launched AIGuard, a security and governance platform for AI systems. The product is designed to provide enterprise-grade security, compliance, and auditability for companies building and deploying agentic automation.
- The company was spun out of the Spark Research Lab at the University of Texas at Austin by co-founders Mohit Tiwari (CEO) and Casen Hunger (CTO). Tiwari was a cybersecurity professor at the university, and the company's technology is rooted in DARPA-funded research on information flow security. - Symmetry Systems has raised a total of $36 million over three funding rounds.
