Solidcore has intentionally not adopted a franchise model to be more strategic in its studio placements. - Gen Z and Millennials are key demographics driving the fitness boom, with 73% of Gen Z exercising at least twice a week. For this group, mental health is a primary motivator for exercise, with 55% listing it as a top reason for working out. - Common challenges when expanding from a single boutique studio to multiple locations include maintaining a uniform brand experience, ensuring consistent staff quality through centralized training, and managing the complexities of multi-site financial planning. - The target demographic of young professionals is increasingly prioritizing wellness, with 44% of Gen Z ranking fitness as their first or second spending priority, ahead of dining out or streaming services. This generation's approach to fitness is often driven by a desire for community, inclusivity, and mental well-being benefits.
