Chicago Cut Steakhouse Operator to Open New Riverfront Restaurant

DineAmic Hospitality, the group behind Chicago Cut Steakhouse, is opening a new restaurant on the riverfront. The new spot will feature open windows and outdoor dining, aiming to capitalize on the area's revitalization and draw diners with its prime location.

The new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant is part of a trio of culinary concepts being developed by DineAmic Hospitality at the 300 North LaSalle building. This project is a partnership with the building's owner, Irvine Company, and is part of a larger $37 million renovation of the property. The new establishments will be located below the existing Chicago Cut Steakhouse. DineAmic Hospitality, led by partners Luke Stoioff and David Rekhson, operates a significant portfolio of nearly 20 other restaurants in the Chicago area. Their well-known establishments include the steakhouse Prime & Provisions, the modern Mexican restaurant Barrio, and the Italian-focused Siena Tavern. In addition to the main restaurant, the group is opening a Greek-inspired coffee and pastry bar in the lobby of the building, which is expected to open in early 2026. A luxurious private lounge and event space on the river level is also part of the development, slated to open in the summer of 2026 alongside the main restaurant. The Mediterranean restaurant and lounge are currently unnamed. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a scenic riverfront setting. This development will place DineAmic's new venture among other prominent riverfront dining spots like RPM Seafood and Pizzeria Portofino.
