The Great South Bay Music Festival is celebrating its 18th anniversary in 2026, solidifying its place as Long Island's longest-running music festival. Taking place at Shorefront Park in Patchogue from July 23rd to 26th, the festival will host 55 performers across three stages. Beyond the headliners, the lineup includes The Used, Bruce Hornsby & the Noisemakers, Little Feat, Common Kings, Sierra Hull, KOYO, Cartel, and NY Ska Jazz. Thursday night kicks off with an early 2000s alternative and emo rock throwback, headlined by The Used, along with Cartel, Koyo, and Deadlands. Friday brings the festival's signature reggae-rock vibe with Sublime, Common Kings, and The Ries Brothers. Saturday is "Jam Day," headlined by Gov't Mule and supported by Bruce Hornsby & the Noisemakers, Sierra Hull, and LaMP. The festival isn't just about the music; it also features artisan vendors, craft markets, a diverse food court, and beverage tents. Happy Days Dispensary, a recreational cannabis retailer in New York State, will host a pop-up experience. The family-friendly event also includes a Kidzone with educational activities and children's entertainment on Saturday and Sunday.
