The platform is currently being rolled out, with one of the world's largest audit, tax, and advisory firms being an early adopter. This digital push is led by CEO Andy Shape, who was named the 2023 Counselor Person of the Year by the Advertising Specialty Institute. Shape has been vocal about elevating the promotional products industry through technology and strategic acquisitions. The company's growth strategy includes both organic expansion and the acquisition of companies that complement its capabilities. Stran & Co. has been actively acquiring companies to bolster its service offerings, which will likely be integrated with its new digital solutions. A notable recent acquisition was Gander Group, a leader in casino continuity and loyalty programs. This move is intended to strengthen Stran's foothold in the gaming and entertainment industries.
