Integrity Deploys AI to Entire Workforce

Insurance distributor Integrity is collaborating with Microsoft to give its entire staff personal AI assistants via Microsoft 365 Copilot. The move is one of the first large-scale enterprise deployments, aiming to boost productivity and service speed across the whole organization.

Dallas-based Integrity is providing Microsoft's AI-powered assistant to its approximately 6,000 employees. This move follows a period of rapid expansion for the company, which grew from 1,700 to 5,500 employees in 2021 alone, largely driven by a significant number of acquisitions. The deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot across Integrity's entire organization is a notable example of a large-scale enterprise rollout of generative AI. For comparison, other major corporations such as Accenture, Volkswagen, and Barclays have also initiated large-scale adoptions, with deals for over 100,000 user licenses each. Within the insurance sector, AI assistants are anticipated to bring substantial operational improvements. Industry-wide, AI is projected to decrease claims processing costs by 20-30% and can cut the time required to generate complex policy quotes in half. Furthermore, AI-driven tools have the potential to speed up the overall claims resolution time by as much as 75%. This strategic collaboration aims to streamline internal processes and automate routine tasks for Integrity's staff. The initiative is intended to allow employees to shift their focus from administrative duties to developing more effective solutions for agents and consumers. According to Integrity's Co-Founder and CEO, Bryan W. Adams, this integration of AI is a key component of the company's "Putting People First" philosophy.
