Myriad360 Acquires Advizex, Forms $900M AI Platform

Global solutions integrator Myriad360 has acquired Advizex Technologies to create a combined $900 million global platform focused on AI and enterprise infrastructure. The new entity will span infrastructure, AI activation, managed services, and enterprise delivery. This strategic acquisition aims to create a scaled, growth-led platform in the AI sector.

- Myriad360's new CEO is Jay Miley, who previously served as the company's President and COO. Miley has a background in the technology industry, with previous executive roles at PCM, Inc. and Ingram Micro North America. - This acquisition marks another ownership change for Advizex, which was acquired by Fulcrum IT Partners in March 2023. At that time, the deal was intended to significantly expand Advizex's "Everything-as-a-Service" offerings. - The two companies bring complementary services to the new platform. Myriad360 has a strong background in infrastructure integration, networking, data center deployment, and cybersecurity. - Advizex contributes expertise in hybrid infrastructure, data engineering, AI platforms, and managed services. The company holds over 800 technical certifications and has been in operation since 1975. - Myriad360, founded in 2003, offers a range of IT services including advisory, implementation, global logistics, and FinOps services. - Advizex has a strong focus on "Consumption IT," allowing businesses to access IT services on a subscription basis, paying only for what they use.
