Cathay expands transpacific
Cathay Pacific has launched nonstop A350 service between Hong Kong and Seattle (announced Mar 30), expanding access from the U.S. West Coast to Asia and easing travel for business and leisure flows. Cathay’s new Hong Kong–Seattle service is scheduled as flight CX852/CX853 with departures from HKG at 13:30 (arriving SEA at 10:10) and returns from SEA at 11:50 (arriving HKG 16:45+1) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday through the 30 March–31 May 2026 season.
