Anthropic releases 10 financial agent templates

Anthropic on May 5 released 10 ready-to-run agent templates for financial-services work, expanding its push to sell Claude into banks, asset managers and insurers. The company said the templates are designed for tasks including pitchbook creation, KYC screening and month-end close, and can be deployed as plugins in Claude Cowork and Claude Code or as cookbooks for Claude Managed Agents. Anthropic also tied the launch to new Microsoft 365 add-ins and additional data connectors intended to let the agents work inside the software and datasets finance teams already use.
