Kaoro Korean BBQ Opening New Lincoln Location
Lincoln's dining scene is expanding with the upcoming opening of Kaoro Korean BBQ. A sign is now up at its new location at 8600 Andermatt Dr., signaling the restaurant is getting closer to opening its doors.
The new Kaoro Korean BBQ will be situated in a development alongside other businesses, including a Pizza Hut and a Verizon store. This places the new restaurant in an established commercial area with existing foot traffic. The restaurant is located near the intersection of 84th Street and Andermatt Drive, a developing area in Lincoln. While Lincoln has some restaurants offering Korean dishes, the dedicated Korean BBQ scene is still growing. Kaoro will join a small number of establishments offering this interactive dining experience. One of its potential competitors will be Koen Japanese BBQ & Sushi, which offers a similar tabletop grilling concept, though focused on the Japanese style of "yakiniku".
