All-You-Can-Eat Wagyu Restaurant Opens in San Jose

A new restaurant named Wagyu Master has opened in San Jose this week. The establishment offers an all-you-can-eat format focused on premium Wagyu beef.

- The restaurant is a Japanese A5 wagyu shabu-shabu concept from the Chubby Group, a restaurant company with other all-you-can-eat establishments in the Bay Area. - Wagyu Master is located at 1410 El Paseo de Saratoga in West San Jose, a space that was previously occupied by The Melt and Tabu Shabu. - The all-you-can-eat menu is offered in three tiers: Silver for $58, Gold for $78, and Diamond for $98. All tiers include access to a self-serve bar with over 80 items such as seafood, sushi, vegetables, and desserts, with higher tiers offering rarer cuts of Wagyu. - The restaurant sources its A5 Wagyu directly from Japan, and the meat is certified by the Japan Meat Grading Association with full lineage traceability. - The parent company, Chubby Group, utilizes an in-house supply arm and partnerships with major Japanese exporters to import large volumes of A5 beef, enabling the all-you-can-eat format. - In addition to the all-you-can-eat options, the menu also features specialty items like crispy squab, Beijing-style giant wing, and live crab and lobster.
