Flow House Miami Blends Wellness and Dining
Miami's Worldcenter district is elevating the food hall concept with Flow House Miami Worldcenter. The destination features Margot Natural Wine Bar for small plates and music-driven evenings, Flow Lobby Cafe and Bar as a tranquil gathering space, and Flow Wellbeing Cafe catering to post-yoga and pool guests with fresh, health-conscious fare. The focus on blending wellness, community, and high-quality food continues to shape urban dining.
Flow House is the first condominium project from Flow, the new residential real estate brand from WeWork co-founder Adam Neumann. After receiving a $350 million investment from venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, Flow is developing properties in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and even Saudi Arabia, focusing on community, wellness, and a re-imagined living experience. The 41-story tower is a significant component of Miami Worldcenter, the 27-acre, $6 billion mixed-use development that is the second-largest of its kind in the United States. Flow House itself will feature 466 fully furnished residences, slated for completion in 2025, with studios starting at around $450,000. The dining concepts are integrated into a comprehensive wellness ecosystem that includes over 46,000 square feet of amenities. Residents have access to a premier fitness center with Technogym and Rogue equipment, a Pilates studio, a meditation room, a spa with a sauna and cold plunge, and a 126-foot lap pool. Margot Natural Wine Bar is operated by Bar Lab, the acclaimed hospitality group founded by Gabe Orta and Elad Zvi. The duo is behind some of Miami's most influential concepts, including the award-winning cocktail bar Broken Shaker, which first opened as a pop-up in 2012. The wine bar focuses on natural, biodynamic, and low-intervention wines, a concept Orta and Zvi were inspired to bring to Miami after traveling through Europe. The menu features a rotating selection of more than 75 wines, paired with a menu of tapas-style small plates developed by chefs like Jimmy Lebron and Hedy Goldsmith. Complementing the wine bar, the Flow Wellbeing Cafe offers a more casual, health-centric menu. The offerings are designed for pre- or post-workout meals, featuring items like cage-free egg bites, avocado toast, smoothies, and various kombuchas, aligning with the building's focus on physical wellness.
