Google Gemini Adds Personalized Features

Gemini in Docs can now generate summaries and answer questions about document content, while in Sheets, it can analyze data and create charts. In Slides, Gemini can generate images from text prompts to enhance presentations. These integrations aim to streamline workflows by automating content creation and data analysis directly within Workspace apps. This reduces the need to switch between different tools and platforms. Google is emphasizing user privacy, stating that Gemini's access to Workspace data is controlled by user permissions and complies with Google's privacy policies. Users retain control over their data and can manage Gemini's access.
