New Italian Joints in Texas, SF
Acquario Pizza Pasta Bar opened in Keller, TX, on March 2 Dallas News. San Francisco's Clementina, a gluten-free Italian trattoria, opens March 12 SF Standard.
Acquario's menu includes classic Italian dishes alongside pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is located at 101 Town Center Lane in Keller. Clementina will offer a 100% gluten-free menu, including pasta, pizza, and focaccia. Chef Fabrizio Cercatore, formerly of Montesacro, is leading the kitchen. Clementina replaces the former brunch spot Kitchen Story in the Castro district. It aims to offer a traditional Italian dining experience without gluten.
