Toronto University Opens Two New Health Clinics

Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) has opened two new health clinics in Brampton. The facilities will serve as expanded clinical training sites, providing medical students with additional hands-on learning opportunities.

- The two facilities are TMU Integrated Health Centres (IHCs) that aim to provide over 100,000 patient visits annually and connect more than 14,000 residents with a family doctor over the next two years. One clinic is located at the School of Medicine, with a satellite office in downtown Brampton. - This initiative is tied to TMU's School of Medicine, the first new medical school in the Greater Toronto Area in over 100 years.
