AMTD Digital Revenue Skyrockets 565%

AMTD Digital reported blockbuster full-year results, with revenue soaring 565.7% for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2025. The NYSE-listed company also saw its net income jump 132.7% and net assets grow by 280.2%, signaling massive expansion.

AMTD Digital's explosive growth stems largely from the consolidation of The Generation Essentials Group (TGE), which became a subsidiary in October 2024. This strategic move significantly broadened AMTD's portfolio, adding major revenue streams from media, entertainment, and hospitality. For the first six months of the fiscal year, this new structure yielded a 1,085.9% revenue jump to $73.2 million compared to the same period in the prior year. The income from hotel operations and VIP services alone surged by 172.4% to $13.6 million. The media and entertainment segment also saw a substantial boost, with income from fashion, arts, and luxury media advertising reaching $10.0 million in the first half of the fiscal year. This was driven by the inclusion of L'Officiel and The Art Newspaper, which are part of the TGE consolidation. The company also reported $47.9 million in dividend income and fair value gains on its financial assets during this period. This is the same AMTD Digital that gained notoriety as a "meme stock" in the summer of 2022, when its share price inexplicably soared over 21,000% shortly after its IPO. The stock, which debuted at $7.80, peaked at $1,679 per share, giving it a market capitalization that briefly surpassed that of major corporations. The company's subsidiary, TGE, has been actively expanding its hospitality footprint. In December 2025, it announced agreements to acquire hotels valued at over $300 million, including the Hilton Garden Inn in New York's Tribeca. That same month, TGE also moved to acquire a 50% stake in The Ritz-Carlton in Perth, Australia. Following the full-year report for the period ending October 31, 2025, the company's total assets reached $955.4 million, with a net asset value of $603.7 million. This equates to a net asset value of approximately $4.78 per share.
