Anyma returned to Coachella’s schedule on Sunday, two days after wind shut down his planned Friday-night main-stage closer. (variety.com) The replacement booking was a back-to-back set with Berlin DJ Marlon Hoffstadt at the Do LaB, starting at 10:45 p.m. Pacific time on April 12. Variety reported the announcement came from the Do LaB’s Instagram account. (variety.com) Anyma’s original set was scheduled for midnight on Friday, April 10, on the main Coachella Stage. Billboard reported the festival canceled it about 15 minutes after the scheduled start, citing strong winds affecting the stage build. (billboard.com) The canceled show was supposed to debut “ÆDEN,” a new Anyma live production. Billboard said the set would have followed his late-2024 and early-2025 residency at Sphere Las Vegas, where he staged another large-scale audiovisual show. (billboard.com) On April 11, Anyma said he was “heartbroken” and told fans there were no open slots left to restage the full Weekend 1 production. He said safety came first and that he was trying to find a way to “bring you some music at least.” (variety.com) Coachella’s 2026 edition runs across two weekends, April 10 to 12 and April 17 to 19, at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. The festival’s official lineup announcement listed Anyma among the top-billed acts alongside Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, Karol G, the xx, the Strokes and Young Thug. (coachellavalley.com) The reshuffle turned a canceled arena-scale production into a late-night tent-and-installation appearance, with the Do LaB absorbing demand from fans who missed Friday’s set. By Sunday night, the question was no longer whether Anyma would play Weekend 1, but what version of the show Coachella could still fit in. (variety.com)
