Trust Stamp Closes Two M&A Deals

Lexverify, founded in 2020 and headquartered in Birmingham, UK, offers an AI-powered risk management platform that identifies compliance risks in electronic communications. Their platform helps businesses prevent legal, compliance, and cyber risks in real-time, providing training and insights to navigate regulatory requirements. Lexverify's AI assistant scans electronic communications for potential risks like violations of competition law, financial sanctions, and GDPR, minimizing exposure and offering continuous employee training. In 2024, Lexverify secured £900,000 in seed funding led by Midven, with participation from Raspberry Ventures, The LegalTech Fund, and angel investors. Lexverify participated in the NCSC For Startups program and the Cyber Runway accelerator. Trust Stamp's other acquisition, Cyberfish CyberPsychology Solutions Ltd, was founded in 2018. CyberFish specializes in cyber incident response simulations designed by cybersecurity, psychology, and neuroscience experts. Their simulations create realistic, high-pressure scenarios to build "muscle memory" for effective crisis response, improving team bonds and decision-making under stress.
