Beaches Opens New Village in Turks and Caicos

Beaches Resorts has officially opened its new Treasure Beach Village at its Turks and Caicos property. The oceanfront expansion adds 101 multi-bedroom suites and new dining concepts to the all-inclusive resort.

This $150 million investment introduces 11 new villa and suite categories, bringing the resort's total capacity to 858 rooms. The expansion is designed to cater to multi-generational families with larger accommodation options, including three-story villas with private pools and rooftop decks. Among the seven new dining options is the first-ever Butch's Island Steakhouse at a Beaches property, a signature restaurant well-known at Sandals resorts. The expansion also includes Pinta, the resort's first food hall-style eatery, and a coffee shop named Brü that transitions to a cocktail bar at night. New amenities extend beyond dining, with the introduction of a 32-seat movie theater called the Starfish Cinema, a 15,000-square-foot infinity-edge lagoon pool, three new waterslides, and private cabanas. The Beaches resort has been a significant contributor to the Turks and Caicos economy since its opening in 1997. The Premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands, Charles Washington Misick, has acknowledged the substantial impact the resort has had on the nation's GDP.
