Highspring Absorbs Plantensive Brand
Global professional services firm Highspring is fully integrating its Plantensive brand to create a unified retail planning and supply chain management offering. The company said the brand transformation, which began in March 2025, is now complete, consolidating its consulting capabilities.
This move completes Highspring's brand consolidation that began in March 2025, when its parent company, Vaco Holdings, rebranded to Highspring. That transition unified several entities, including management consultancy MorganFranklin Consulting and digital consultancy BUILT, under the Highspring name. Plantensive brings deep expertise in supply chain and retail planning, notably as a multi-award-winning partner for Blue Yonder, a major provider of supply chain management software. Plantensive's services included implementing and upgrading Blue Yonder's demand forecasting, inventory management, and space planning tools for major retailers and manufacturers. The integration aims to address a key market gap: while 95% of organizations are increasing their spend on supply chain analytics, less than a quarter are achieving significant improvements from that investment. Highspring's goal is to combine strategic advice with hands-on execution. This creates a unified practice that can leverage Highspring's broader data and AI capabilities with Plantensive's focused supply chain analytics. Highspring's case studies feature projects like building cloud data platforms and using AI for data accuracy, while Plantensive has helped clients improve forecast accuracy and optimize their distribution networks. For clients, this means a single-source provider for end-to-end supply chain transformation. This ranges from developing a data governance framework to implementing specific planning and forecasting software and providing ongoing managed services to run the systems. The combined entity will compete with major players like Accenture and Deloitte, as well as other specialized supply chain and analytics consulting firms. The leadership of the integrated consulting practice is headed by Jeff Henry, President of Consulting at Highspring.
