The price of the $8.99 pack will now get you 800 V-Bucks instead of 1,000. Other V-Bucks bundles are also affected, with the $22.99 pack dropping from 2,800 to 2,400, the $36.99 pack from 5,000 to 4,500, and the $89.99 pack from 13,500 to 12,500. Even the monthly Fortnite Crew subscription will only grant 800 V-Bucks instead of 1,000. Some prices are decreasing, however. The main battle pass will now cost 800 V-Bucks instead of 1,000, but completing it will only earn you 800 V-Bucks. The OG, Music, and LEGO passes are also dropping in price. Players are expressing mixed reactions, with many feeling the overall value of V-Bucks is decreasing despite some price drops. Some criticize the near doubling of the "Exact Amount" purchase option, which allowed buying precise amounts of V-Bucks. This option will now cost $0.99 for 50 V-Bucks, up from $0.50.
