Brighton and Hove have been named the UK's "most creative city" in a new ranking that assessed creative jobs, galleries, theatres, museums, festivals, and art schools. The coastal city boasts 26 galleries and 7.45 theatres per 100,000 residents, excelling across all creative metrics. This cements Brighton's reputation as a cultural powerhouse and ideal urban destination for arts enthusiasts.

Brighton and Hove achieved a perfect score of 10/10, surpassing London (9.14) and Edinburgh (7.93). - Economically, Brighton's digital and creative sector is a significant force, contributing over £1 billion annually to the city's economy, a value comparable to its tourism industry.
