Irvine’s Canopy announced its first wave of tenants — restaurants, cafés, fashion and fitness brands — promising a new dining hub for Orange County residents. (latimes.com)

Thirteen operators were listed among the initial lineup, including In-N-Out Burger, Philz Coffee, Taiwanese tea brand Chicha San Chen, H&H Bagels, Osen Urban Table, LA retailer Solestage and Sunfeel jeweler. (ocbj.com)) The center will span roughly 80,000–90,000 square feet of retail and food-and-beverage space, with Canada-based T&T Supermarket confirmed as the anchor in a roughly 34,000-square-foot space. (almquist.com)) Developer Almquist led the project that broke ground in April 2024 and has targeted a late-2026 opening for The Canopy at Great Park. (ocbj.com)) Almquist is working with partners including the Bickel Group on a second phase that will add three new buildings and community-facing open space to the 11.5–12-acre site. (bickelgrp.com)) The Canopy sits adjacent to the Bosque Trail within the Great Park neighborhood, a development area where roughly 500 acres are complete and nearly 1,000 acres remain in planning or construction.
