Renault Scenic E-Tech Wins Car of the Year

Renault Scenic E-Tech won "Car of the Year 2024" at the Geneva Motor Show with an 88 kWh battery, 220 hp, and 485 km range.

The Scenic E-Tech's victory marks Renault's seventh Car of the Year win, putting them in third place overall. Renault previously won with the Renault 16 (1966), Renault 9 (1982), Clio (1991), Scenic (1997), Megane (2003), and Clio (2006). The jury, composed of 59 journalists from 22 countries, favored the Scenic E-Tech over other finalists. These included the BMW 5 Series, Toyota C-HR, Peugeot 3008, Kia EV9, Volvo EX30, and BYD Seal. The "Car of the Year" award has been presented annually since 1964. It is one of the most prestigious and influential car awards in Europe.
