Alien Ant Farm Returns
Alien Ant Farm just launched their fresh single "Reasons," marking a strong return and bringing their signature blend of alternative and nu-metal to 2026's soundscape. It's the band's first new material in years, signaling a potential comeback for the "Smooth Criminal" rockers.
The new track is the first taste of a forthcoming album slated for release in the fall of 2026. This marks the band's first studio album since "~mAntras~," which was released on April 26, 2024. The band is working with Judge & Jury Records, a label co-founded by producer Howard Benson and Neil Sanderson of Three Days Grace. The production team for "Reasons" includes industry veterans like Howard Benson, known for his work with My Chemical Romance and Papa Roach, and Mike Plotnikoff, who has engineered for Van Halen and Aerosmith. The song itself was penned by Rome and Andreas Ramirez, the former being known for his work with Sublime with Rome. In addition to the new music, 2026 marks the 25th anniversary of their breakthrough album, "ANThology." The band plans to release a special vinyl edition of the platinum-selling record to commemorate the milestone. Alien Ant Farm's current lineup consists of Dryden Mitchell (vocals), Terry Corso (guitar), Tim Peugh (bass), and Mike Cosgrove (drums). The band has an extensive tour scheduled for 2026, with dates across the United States and Europe, including festival appearances at Germany's Full Rewind Festival and Belgium's Alcatraz Festival.
