TUTTOFOOD is turning its food trade fair into a citywide dining and meetings network for hospitality buyers in Milan from May 11 to 14, 2026. (tuttofood.it) The organizer describes TUTTOFOOD Goes Dining as a “multi-location pathway” for hotel, restaurant and catering professionals, with events, sessions and business meetings tied to the main exhibition at Fiera Milano Rho. The fair itself runs May 11 to 14. (tuttofood.it 1) (tuttofood.it 2) Inside the show, the program points buyers toward foodservice-focused zones including Italian Specialty Selection in Hall 6, Mixology Experience, Bellavita Expo and the Baking Lab coordinated by Italmopa. Organizers tell visitors to follow a cutlery icon in the event program to build a personal Goes Dining agenda. (tuttofood.it) The trade angle is explicit. TUTTOFOOD says the 2026 conference program will center on supply chains, environmental, social and governance topics, innovation, and new consumption models in retail and hospitality, with sessions spread across the fairgrounds. (tuttofood.it 1) (tuttofood.it 2) One new piece is airline catering. TUTTOFOOD says Goes Dining will include more than 100 one-to-one meetings between exhibitors and onboard-catering buyers through SUBU Connect, with early participants including dnata Catering and Retail, Emirates Flight Catering, Foodfolk, Rwandair Catering and BWG Foods Group. (tuttofood.it) The city piece sits alongside the fairgrounds. TUTTOFOOD’s official hospitality agency, MiCodmc, is offering private transfers, event organization at Milan venues, group dinner reservations, meeting-room bookings, and tours and guided visits for attendees. (tuttofood.it) That wider hospitality push comes as TUTTOFOOD expands its scale. The organizer said this month that the 2026 edition is expected to top 100,000 visitors, with 80% of exhibitors already confirmed, 30% of them from abroad, and participation projected to rise 15% to 20% from earlier editions. (tuttofood.it) The 2025 edition was already a step up in size and ambition after Fiere di Parma took over the event from Fiera Milano. TUTTOFOOD said last year’s show drew 95,000 professional visitors, 3,000 international top buyers and 4,200 exhibiting companies from about 70 countries. (tuttofood.it 1) (tuttofood.it 2) Fiere di Parma has also tied TUTTOFOOD more closely to Koelnmesse, the organizer of Anuga in Cologne, and says the alternating schedule is meant to make Milan a regular stop on the global food trade calendar. Goes Dining fits that strategy by giving foodservice buyers a reason to stay in the city, not just walk the halls. (tuttofood.it) (tuttofood.it) For exhibitors, the pitch is straightforward: fewer generic stand visits, more booked meetings with restaurant, bar, catering and travel-food buyers. For Milan, it means TUTTOFOOD is trying to turn four fair days into a broader hospitality business week. (tuttofood.it) (tuttofood.it)
