New Single-Stage EDM Fest
Goldenvoice is launching "Head Trip," a single-stage EDM festival in Indio this October, headlined by Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, and Skrillex https://x.com/i/status/2031422323363033496.
The two-day festival will be held October 10-11 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, the same location as Coachella and Stagecoach. This appears to be a one-time-only event. Other artists set to perform include FISHER b2b Chris Lake (as Under Construction), Peggy Gou b2b Four Tet, and Seth Troxler b2b Ben Sterling. Dom Dolla b2b Kettama, The Blessed Madonna, and DJ Harvey are also on the bill. Head Trip will feature a single stage with no overlapping sets. Floating Points will present the U.S. debut of their Sunflower Sound System, an immersive audio installation, inside a dome tent. Passes go on sale this Friday, March 13, at 11 a.m. PT. Goldenvoice also presented Power Trip (heavy metal) in 2023 and Desert Trip (classic rock) in 2016 at the same venue.
