AI Sales Platform Firmable Raises $14M Series A
Firmable, an AI-native sales platform based in the Asia-Pacific region, has raised $14 million in a Series A round led by Airtree. The company says the new funding will be used to support its global expansion plans.
The founding team behind Firmable—Leigh Jasper, Paul Perrett, and Karthik Venkatasubramanian—previously built and sold construction tech firm Aconex to Oracle for $1.6 billion. Jasper served as co-founder and CEO of Aconex. Firmable's platform is designed to address a specific gap in the Asia-Pacific market, where global sales intelligence tools have been criticized for unreliable and inaccurate data coverage compared to their US-centric databases. The company provides data on over 1.4 million Australian and 211,000 New Zealand businesses. The platform utilizes AI agents to track "buying signals," which are events that indicate a company may be ready to purchase a product. These signals include personnel changes, new funding rounds, and an account's external search behavior for specific topics, giving sales teams timely reasons to make contact. Lead investor Airtree is a Sydney-based venture capital firm with a portfolio that includes some of the region's most successful technology companies, such as Canva, Employment Hero, and Linktree. Firmable already serves over 1,000 customers, including prominent names like Canon, CBRE, G2, and Monday.com, across eight markets in the Asia-Pacific region. The new funding is explicitly aimed at fueling an expansion into the United States and enhancing the platform's AI capabilities to build out agents that can automate and execute tasks directly for sales teams.
