Fremont Restaurant Week Features 70 Meal Deals

The 2026 Fremont Restaurant Week is now underway, offering 70 different meal deals across the city's participating restaurants. The week-long event is designed to support local culinary businesses and encourage residents to try new dining spots.

This year marks the fourth annual Fremont Restaurant Week, running from March 6 to March 15. The event has grown from its inception as a post-pandemic recovery effort in 2023 with 40 restaurants to now include over 70 local eateries. The 10-day event is a collaboration between the City of Fremont's Economic Development Department, the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, and Yelp, with past sponsors including Fremont Bank and Sysco. The goal is to highlight the city's diverse culinary scene and encourage support for local small businesses. Diners can find a wide range of deals, including prix fixe menus, exclusive dishes, and special pairings. For example, Massimo's is offering a three-course Italian dinner, while Billy Roy's Burger Co. has created a new Grilled Cheese Cattle Smash Burger specifically for the event. The culinary diversity of Fremont is on full display, with specials on Tandoori chicken from Bismallah, birria quesadillas from Cantaritos, and chicken wraps from De Afghanan Kabob House. Long-standing local favorites such as Papillon and Spin A Yarn are also participating alongside newer establishments. To encourage participation, diners can use a "restaurant passport" to track their visits. In a previous year, over 3,000 passports were submitted for a chance to win prizes, demonstrating the event's popularity with the community.
