2026 Porsche 911 GT3/RS Reviewed
Reviews call the 2026 Porsche 911 GT3 RS a "street-legal equivalent to a GT3R race car" [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HhTXPuvBZfg] with a 4.0L flat-6 hitting 518 hp and 9,000 RPM.
The 2026 911 GT3 RS boasts motorsport-inspired aerodynamics, including a massive rear wing and adjustable front splitter. These features generate nearly double the downforce of the previous generation. At 177 mph, it produces 860kg of downforce. The 4.0-liter flat-six engine delivers 518 horsepower and revs past 9,000 rpm. It's mated exclusively to a 7-speed PDK and rear-wheel drive. The GT3 RS achieves 0-60 mph in 3.0 seconds, with a top speed of around 132 mph. The starting price for the 2026 Porsche 911 GT3 RS is around $250,000. In Australia, the starting price is $537,600. An optional Weissach package adds a roll cage. The steering wheel includes dials for independent adjustments of rebound, compression, traction control, and differential behavior. Some suspect a turbocharged engine may be in the works, potentially boosting power to over 600 hp. This would mark the first GT3 product to receive such boosting.
