Blueprint Medicines Touts Long-Term Drug Data

Blueprint Medicines, a Sanofi company, announced four-year data from its PIONEER study of the drug AYVAKIT. The results reportedly show sustained benefits and long-term safety for patients with indolent systemic mastocytosis, a rare blood disorder. The company presented the findings at the 2026 American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology annual meeting.
