Santander boosts training from Boadilla hub

Santander’s Ciudad Financiera, also called Santander Group City, is the bank’s corporate center and central-services campus, not the sole site where those 9.9 million people were trained. Since opening, 63,000 people including employees, contractors, interns and vendors have worked at the site. On April 21, it said it would offer more than 400 places to young people in 10 countries in 2026 through its Santander Future Talents graduate and internship programs.
