The Architizer Vision Awards celebrate architectural ideas and visual storytelling, honoring designers who shape our understanding of the built environment. A jury of experts, including Daniel Libeskind and Steven Holl, selected winners from hundreds of global entries. The awards recognize projects that demonstrate artistic and cultural potential. OSD's Flatiron & NoMad Streetscape plan aimed to revitalize the area after pedestrian activity plummeted during the pandemic. Working with the NYC DOT and the Flatiron NoMad Partnership, OSD's plan improved public transit options and enriched public spaces. The project created an interconnected social network to boost financial stability for local businesses. Alexander Htet Kyaw's "House for Twos" received a special mention for its unique design. RAU's Loods M in Maassluis, Netherlands, won awards for Vision for Culture and Community. Loods M is designed as a maritime innovation hub, incorporating a reclaimed container ship as part of its roof.
