Oakland Restaurant Week, running March 12-22, 2026, features over 140 participating restaurants and bars across the city. The event aims to highlight Oakland's diverse culinary scene, offering special menus and experiences. Oakland was named the #1 Best Food City in the U.S. by Condé Nast Traveler readers for the second year in a row. Visit Oakland, a non-profit marketing organization, presents the annual 10-day dining promotion. Participating restaurants offer prix fixe lunch menus at $15, $25, or $35 and dinner menus at $35, $45, or $65. The event coincides with the Oakland Roots Opening Game, the Oakland Marathon, and various concerts.
