Instant pay for creators launches

Billion Dollar Boy rolled out 'Creator Payments,' an instant‑payout platform designed to reduce creator cash‑flow problems with advances and performance-linked payouts. That infrastructure shift could become a bargaining chip in rate and payment negotiations between creators, agencies and brands. (prweek.com)

Creator Payments was announced March 31, 2026 as an integrated service on Billion Dollar Boy’s Companion SaaS platform. (roastbrief.us) The product includes an optional “Early Pay” feature built in partnership with Lumanu that lets creators access funds immediately on submission of content deliverables. (imcompanion.com) Lumanu reports it has routed more than $1.5 billion to over 100,000 vendors and added a Visa Direct integration in December 2025 to enable real‑time global payouts. (prnewswire.com) Billion Dollar Boy says Creator Payments automates up to 14 administrative actions per creator — including invoicing, tax handling and brand onboarding — and offers brands a live dashboard to track payment and processing status. (campaignlive.com) BDB’s survey of 1,000 U.K. and U.S. creators found more than 55% cite financial instability as their main source of burnout, while Campaign’s Creator Pay Report documented that 87% of creators have experienced late payments. (campaignlive.com) Billion Dollar Boy cites a network of more than 2,500 creators across 42 markets and works with global clients such as Unilever, indicating enterprise-scale volume behind the new payments onboarding.
